INDI + ASH - Patchwork Matty Overshirt indigo iron running stitch

One of the most special pieces we’ve brought in — this overshirt from INDI + ASH features a handwoven canvas where both warp and weft yarns are space-dyed in indigo and iron. A textural, handspun running stitch is integrated during the weaving process and dyed the same way, creating a fabric that shifts beautifully from blue to black depending on the light.

This is their classic Matty shirt, reimagined as a patchwork overshirt with thoughtful upgrades: a contrast interior back yoke and collar stand, elbow patches, reinforced gussets, and tonal detailing using various fabrics from INDI + ASH’s archive. Finished with single tailor construction and French seams for lasting wear.

Care: Cold water wash with like colors. Hang dry.
